What happens if I’m between projects?

We have an active Talent Pool: while we work to find you a new assignment, you can join internal projects, mentorships, or development initiatives. Don’t worry—you’re never left “on hold.”
If we eventually can’t find a new fit, you’ll know before anyone else, and with total transparency. We never use uncertainty to pressure anyone or leave people in limbo.
